Introducing our New Class for Older Adults!

Every Thursday at 10:00am and Saturday at 10am, we will be offering a weekly class called Stepping with Confidence: Fall Prevention Essentials. There will be limited capacity, so we encourage you to register in advance!

Participants will have the opportunity to work closely with Logan Wong, our Registered Kinesiologist & Personal Trainer who specializes in functional fitness for adults. This group exercise class will help you build confidence and improve functional capability.

How to know if this class is for you?

  • Do you find it hard getting up off the ground?
  • Is standing up from the floor or chair hard?
  • Do you often lose your balance while standing or walking?
  • Are stairs challenging for you?
  • Are you worried about falling?
  • Do you feel tightness in your joints?

If you answered yes to 3 or more of these questions and want to see improvements, then this class is suitable for you!

Our experienced trainers will develop customized exercise regimens to suit your fitness level, taking into account any specific health considerations or mobility limitations.
