Introducing our Exercise Class for Older Adults!
Every Thursday & Saturday we offer a weekly class called Stepping with Confidence: Fall Prevention Essentials. There is limited capacity for each class, so we encourage you to register in advance!
Participants will have the opportunity to work closely with Logan Wong, our Registered Kinesiologist & Personal Trainer who specializes in functional fitness for adults. This group exercise class will help you build confidence and improve functional capability.
How to know if this class is for you?
- Do you find it hard getting up off the ground?
- Is standing up from the floor or chair hard?
- Do you often lose your balance while standing or walking?
- Are stairs challenging for you?
- Are you worried about falling?
- Do you feel tightness in your joints?
If you answered yes to 3 or more of these questions and want to see improvements, then this class is suitable for you!
What you can expect to learn
Tailored Exercise Regimens:
Our experienced trainers will develop customized exercise regimens to suit your fitness level, taking into account any specific health considerations or mobility limitations.
Individual Attention and Small Group Support:
We believe in providing individual attention and guidance throughout your fitness journey. Ensuring proper form and technique to help you reach your goals in a safe and timely manner in the non-intimidating environment of small groups (limit of 6 participants to ensure quality of care).
Safe and Gentle Workouts:
Your safety is our top priority. We foster a supportive environment that encourages gradual progress so all exercises are suitable for you, enjoyable and challenging within your comfort zone.
Social Interaction and Community:
Connecting with like-minded individuals who share similar goals and interests, you’ll be given the chance to form new friendships, build a supportive community, and enjoy the camaraderie that comes with group fitness activities.
Wellness Education:
We believe that knowledge is empowering. In addition to the physical workouts, we help clients understand the “why” behind each of our choices that aid with improving one’s wellness.

All classes have a maximum limit of 6 participants.

*Each Pass Card must be used within 3 months from date of purchase
