Can you tell us one interesting fact about you?

One interesting fact about me is that I really enjoy rock climbing!

How many years have you been a physiotherapist? How many of those have been with Westcoast SCI?

I'm going on to my 4th year of being a physio, and for the most part, I've been at Westcoast SCI since the beginning.

Do you have an area of specialization or interest?

I don't have a specialization, but I'm interested in general athletics as well as general orthopaedic conditions that you'd see everyday.

Why physiotherapy?

I chose physiotherapy because I'm interested in movement and exercise, and helping people is very rewarding!

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a new patient?

One piece of advice I'd give to a new patient is to apply the principles that we do in physiotherapy in your everyday life - not only to expedite the recovery process, but to prevent injuries over the long term and promote overall longevity.
