Can you tell us one interesting fact about you?
I speak English, French, and Arabic. I’m actually the only one in my family not born and raised in Egypt. Oh and If I had to live off any food for the rest of my life it’d easily be sushi!
Do you have an area of specialization or interest?
Always having played and been a fan of more contact sports like rugby and mixed martial arts, I’m more in tune with strength training and power lifting than anything. Focusing on proper form and mind-muscle connection is the best way to start. Building on to that base with increased intensity as you grow is how you’re going to progress and end up doing what you never thought you could before.
Ever since discovering how my body adapts and changes for the better to whatever stress I give it, I have fallen in love with fitness and all different kinds of training. Being able to share what I know with those around me and help people reach their goals always brings a smile to my face and is why I love training others so much.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a new patient?
One big piece of advice I would give to anyone looking to improve their health in any way is to stay consistent. It’s easy to go through a routine once or twice but sticking with it for the long run is where you’re going to end up seeing real results.
