What is an interesting fact about you?
I really enjoy rock climbing but I have a fear of heights. I actually have a vestibular problem that is being treated by my fellow physiotherapist's Jack and Patrick. I generally love the outdoors and being active!
Why did you want to become a physiotherapist?
I really enjoy the practical and hands on aspects of physiotherapy. I also enjoy being able to get to know each of my clients as people and build a great relationship with them. This way we are able to more easily reach their goals.
What is your favourite part about working with clients?
I really enjoy seeing how clients improve week to week, as well as seeing how they apply what we work on together into their everyday lives in a functional way.
What is one piece of advice you would give to clients?
One piece of advice I would give to clients would be to find ways to incorporate physiotherapy into your day to day lives in a sustainable way. One thing we can focus on is our posture and how we carry ourselves in our day to day activities. Come on into the clinic to learn more!
