Westcoast SCI has created a small group fitness class (5 people max.) that combines physiotherapy, kinesiology and personal training into 1 class.
Participants will have the opportunity to work closely with Keaton Van Dyke, our Registered Kinesiologist who will personally guide you through a different workout each session that will combine aspects from Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning and Mobility.

Not only will you learn about your injuries, but you will also gain insight on how to prevent injuries from occurring.
In addition, you will increase your knowledge of why and how to strengthen your body. Lastly, you’ll get first hand education on the importance of mobility and learn the best way to keep your muscles and joints moving well.
Our 60 min. classes will provide you with the most up to date information on how to get moving safely so that you can move more often, which is the key to staying healthy. Our classes also encourage the participants to bring questions about their previous injuries. We built time into the classes specifically to handle everyone’s individual unique situation and questions.
