Can you tell us one interesting fact about you?

I like to be in the outdoors. Actually, two days ago I saw a shark when scuba diving in BC!

Do you have an area of specialization or interest?

I like to do musculoskeletal a lot, mainly focusing on shoulder and lower back pain.

Why physiotherapy?

I got to physiotherapy because I used to do a lot of extreme sports. I had some injuries and some back pains of my own, and I saw it as a good means to learn more about my body and learn how to help people out.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a new patient?

Everybody is very individual, so it's hard to say how exactly a would advise a new patient unless I get to know them a little more. But one piece of advice I can give to everybody overall would be to listen to your body; if you feel any pain, don't ignore it. Listen to what it's telling you, and take care of your body.
