What is ergonomics? 

An ergonomic assessment is a personalized and custom evaluation of an individuals workstation performed by our experiences ergonomic specialist Chapmann. Ergonomic assessments can be performed by kinesiologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists. An ergonomic assessment will allow a worker to optimize performance and reduce injury while increasing durability, comfort and productivity of the worker.

What does an ergonomic assessment look like? 

An ergonomic assessment will also help identify factors in your workspace to accommodate your needs after an injury. Our kinesiologist will provide recommendations to modify your workspace in order to decrease risk of injury in the workspace, improve transition to work after injury and increase productivity and job satisfaction.
