Top 3 Hacks to Set Up Your Optimal Home Office (Chinese Version)

因为疫情期间不能去办公室,我们会发现在家里工作是一件需要适应的事情。我也一样!所以我想给大家设计3个家庭办公室的小技巧。
Hack #1: 座椅
最重要的是要舒服。
座椅的高度
最理想的高度是让膝关节在90度左右

假如不能调节椅子的高度,可以在脚底下垫一个书或者比较平的物品

脚应该能平平的放在上面
是否需要扶手?
有扶手的座椅, 最好调整到肘关节也是在90度

但是在注意肘关节的时候, 肩膀要保持在一个放松的状态
靠背
最理想的位置是调整到让身体和靠背有最大的接触

Hack #2: 屏幕

屏幕最高的位置应该和眼睛平齐

脸离屏幕的距离应该在20-30英寸之间
Pro-Tip: FLUX, 是一款可以调节屏幕的冷暖程度和去掉蓝光的软件。它不仅仅可以保护眼睛,也可以减少用屏幕对睡眠的影响。

Hack #3: 尽量能每个小时都站起来走一走!
这一点其实很多人都做不到的, 我也一样。当我们用心工作的时候,很容易会忽略掉适当的休息。其实休息不需要很长时间, 离开座位一两分钟就可以!

提前计划一下每个小时要做什么

多上洗手间

多喝水
-
可以时不时的去跟家里的狗狗/孩子/伴侣打声招呼

做一些拉伸运动
