Getting a quality 8 hour sleep can be a challenge for everyone. With the current break from our usual routine, maintaining a good sleep schedule is absolutely vital. Proper amounts of sleep help us with our immune system, proper muscle recovery, weight management and countless other areas related to our health.
Tip #1: Careful What You Consume

Caffeine will obviously affect your ability to sleep, but other diuretics (such as alcohol) or other foods (chocolate, spicy foods) can also interfere with sleep

Consumption of social media or hours of a Netflix show before bed will also inhibit your ability to get a quality sleep

Tip #2: Create an Evening Routine Before Bed

Try and follow a routine each night, such as always washing your face, brushing your teeth and then reading a book

You can also incorporate something to help you relax before you sleep. Practicing mindfulness or deep breathing can help people settle into a better sleep
