Gabe has experience working with patients in orthopedics and sports, occupational rehabilitation and paediatrics. He has worked with babies less than a month old to elite athletes (a stint with the Edmonton Eskimos) and the elderly. His desire is to continue to learn and grow as a therapist bringing a style that embraces a multifaceted treatment approach.
Gabe enjoys skiing and snowboarding, volleyball, basketball, and weight lifting. He is proud to support the community where he lives and works, and is always finding time to spend time with family.
Tanya graduated from a medical office assistant program in 2012. She had been working in the physiotherapy office setting for the past five years before joining WestcoastSCI.
Tanya has two young children, so all her spare time is spent with them. She loves traveling, camping, being outdoors and snuggling up to a good Disney movie with her children.
Originally from the Philippines, Marivic moved to Canada in 1991. She graduated from the medical office assistant program in 1997 and has been working in physiotherapy offices since, before joining Westcoast SCI in February 2018.
Marivic loves spending time and travelling with her three grown children and their family dog, Mason. Her most memorable family trips have been to the Philippines, Hawaii and Mexico.
CHRISTINE DE VILLA
Christine moved to Vancouver in December 2013 from the Philippines where she got her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She worked for an airline company prior to joining Westcoast SCI where she gained a lot of customer service experience.
In her free time, Christine enjoys hiking, dancing and kickboxing. She also loves spending time with her family and friends, especially at the beach.
